วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มุ่งศึกษาปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องในการบังคับคดีกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซี ในคดีล้มละลายในประเด็นปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสภาพความเป็นทรัพย์สินตามประมวลกฎหมาย แพ่งและพาณิชย์และกฎหมายล้มละลาย การรวบรวมคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีโดยเจ้าพนักงาน พิทักษ์ทรัพย์ และการขายคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีของลูกหนี้ในคดีล้มละลาย โดยศึกษาจาก กฎหมายล้มละลายของไทยวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับกฎหมายล้มละลายและกรณีศึกษาของ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และประเทศออสเตรเลีย

The purpose of this thesis is to study about legal enforcement of cryptocurrency in bankruptcy law on the issues of legal status of cryptocurrency under the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code and the bankruptcy law, collection process of official receiver and public auction process of cryptocurrency in bankruptcy case. This thesis compares the Thai Bankruptcy Law with the case studies of United State of America, Japan and Australia.
