Currently, the shortage of human organs that can be transplanted into patients is a serious problem. Some patients cannot wait in such a legitimate way. So they found another way. This method makes organ removal more convenient and faster. The procurement of organs for patients in this way takes many forms, such as trade. In some cases, organs are removed from the body of a living donor without their consent. This form of action is completely illegal. Therefore, the state has enacted special laws regarding this case. The unlawful actions of individuals are regulated and punished by this law. Thailand currently has no direct legislation on the subject. But Thailand accepts that, like the rest of the world, it is illegal. The unlawful transplantation of another person’s organs is illegal. Therefore, Thailand should enact a law to enforce this particular issue. The development of this particular law is essential. This legislation will support legitimate organ transplants. Below that, the law will punish the offenders in this regard. Legislation on this issue, like that in other international countries, will bring benefits. This law will pacify the nations. The law constitutes an effective legal system in Thai law.
