Notwithstanding those attempts, people under Commercial disputes. cannot get justice. To adjudicate Commercial cases expediently, correctly, and fairly in Thailand, the improvement of the case management system must be initiated. The approaches to judicial development are divided into two phases. The first phase is to distinctly limit the scope of the Commercial litigation, characteristics of parties and justices who have specific knowledge, strategize the course of commercial case management complying with Ease of Doing Business published by the World Bank and the International framework for court excellence - IFCE. The second phase is the public and private sectors to brainstorm ways to separate the Civil from the Commercial Code. The third phase is to push the judicial system to meet international standards.
