The use of the internet by juveniles increases with the advancement of technology. Online crimes are increasing especially cyberbullying, which is becoming more common nowadays and has both physical and psychological impact on victims of cyberbullying. In this regard, cyberbullying is not yet specifically criminalized by law. This creates problems for law enforcement in cases where online bullying does not fit into the elements of the law currently in force. This article compiles the results of a study of the laws and measures applied against cyberbullying in Thailand compared to the United States and the European Union. To propose guidelines for amending Thai laws and applying various measures to solve the problem of law enforcement in the case of cyberbullying in the future.
