ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญาของไทย ได้รับการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม หลายครั้ง ครั้งหลังสุดคือตามพระราชบัญญัติเพิ่มเติมประมวลกฎหมายอาญา ฉบับที่ ๒๗ ในการแก้ไขครั้งนี้ได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในหลักการหลายเรื่อง รวมทั้งมีการเพิ่มเติมหลักการ ใหม่ ๆ เข้ามาด้วย บทความชิ้นนี้จะเป็นการรวบรวมประเด็นต่าง ๆ ที่มีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมในครั้งนี้ รวมทั้งข้อสังเกตส่วนตัวของผู้เขียนในบางประเด็น โดยเฉพาะประเด็นใหม่ที่ยังไม่เคย มีแนวคําพิพากษาศาลฎีกามาก่อน ตลอดจนข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขกฎหมายครั้งต่อไป ในบางเรื่องซึ่งน่าจะทําให้ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศตามกฎหมายไทยมีความเป็นสากลเพิ่มมากขึ้น

The Offences Relating to Sexuality under the Thai Penal code has been amended many times. The Act amending the Penal Code (No. 27) B.E. 2562 (2019), which is the most recent amendments, not only modifies a lot of principles currently in use but also introduces new principles. This article mentions important points which has been amended along with the writerûs opinions with regards to such amendments, especially on issues which has never been decided by the Supreme Court. Finally, this article presents certain suggestions with an aim to promote universality of the Offences Relating to Sexuality under the Thai law.
