Nowadays, digital technology plays a big role in everyday life. Such an increase of the use of technology inevitably casts an effect on legal enforcement. This article presents new Supreme Court decisions regarding the use of digital technology to commit crimes, to prosecute criminal offences, and to connect between one group of people to another that may arise to civil relations between those group of people.
