According to courtûs precedents and the Constitution, Junta Orders have been actualized in the same hierarchy of legislative acts in Thailandûs Legal Jurisprudence. However, although Thaiûs judicial power actors have recognized the existence and enforcement of Junta Laws and Orders, there are several cases that the courts nullified the enforcement of Junta Orders reflecting that not all those could legitimately enforce citizens. This can be seen in the previous judgements of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. Especially, the Constitutional Court has been precisely establishing a precedence on scopes and processes for judicial review of constitutionality and the rule of lawé of Junta Orders. This Article will study on existence and enforcement of Junta Orders and how judicial review on legality of Junta Order has been conducted by the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
